EasyRock panels attach directly to a wood substrate that’s covered with a moisture barrier (moisture barrier required for exterior applications). Begin by installing our starter strip, then insert the first row of panels into the starter strip starting from the bottom of your wall. Always work from left to right and from bottom to top. Stagger the next row of panels to offset the panel edge. Panels can be cut with standard woodworking tools and are attached to the substrate with deck screws into the tongue edges on the top and right side of the panels. If the tongue has been removed to fit around windows, doors & rooflines, use galvanized finish head screws into the grout joints only.
Any screw holes on the tongue edges are covered by the next overlapping panel. If screws holes are noticeable in the grout lines, cover up with EasyRock grout, which is available in 8 colors and can be mixed to achieve the desired tone. When you are done, it will look so authentic that even a stone mason can’t tell!
