Warranty Registration

We are a newly incorporated company, effective April of 2010. Other than purchasing the license for the Canadian territory from the company called EasyRock Products Inc., we are in no way affiliated or responsible for the products that were sold through the former company. EasyRock Canada does not endorse any product sold by the prior company. The product that was sold to you used a sealant or top coat product that was not compatible for an outdoor exposure on a polyurethane panel. So when exposed to the elements, (rain, sun, and humidity) this top coat is breaking down or “oxidizing” causing a white milky film to appear. Before the prior company went out of business, they developed a product (they call EASYROCK PRODUCTS UV GUARD) to reengage the residue and protect the panel. This product does leave a bit of sheen on the old products but can most often bring back most of the colour hidden behind the milky residue.

EasyRock Canada will not accept any responsibility for the products sold by the prior company or warranty any of their products. We can however offer a few suggestions for your problem:

  1. For problems with DRYSTACK only, we can refer you to certified painters for their estimate to repaint the panels
  2. You can purchase the EASYROCK PRODUCTS UV GUARD and apply it yourself to your home. To purchase the product, please contact us @ (780) 484-567 or toll free @ 1-866-985-5678.
  3. EasyRock Canada can give you a quote on our current product line at a discounted rate. Supply us with your original sale invoice and we will sell you our product for 30% less than you paid originally.
